This service is provided for IRC users as a courtesy, and is not intended to facilitate flooding or other malicious acts. Abuse of services will result in a network ban. The terms owner and founder are used to describe association, and do not imply legal ownership.
Bots will only join a channel they are assigned to when there is a minimum of two people in it.
